Dropped car off for inspection. Had it ready as promised. Been going to Botnicks for years and always seam to treat me fair. Will continue to bring them my auto needs.

The truck needed the 90k service plus an engine code repair. Everything was done except the clearing of the engine code.

I came in for a simple oil change & tire rotation. The technician failed to properly tighten the bolts, resulting in my front driver wheel to get damaged. The service advisor, Brian, did give me a loaner for the weekend. However, I am very unhappy with the service I received.

My 2014 Chevy Cruze had hesitation during low-speed acceleration along with a recurring CHECK ENGINE light. Nick in the Service Department pursued all avenues and got it fixed. It still needs work, and he gave me an accurate estimate of additional work that I can do in the future. I brought this car back to Botnick because another repair shop near me charged me over $600 and never found the problem. I will never take it back to them again.

My appointment was for a check engine light and an upgrade that needed to be done to the programming for my glow plugs on my truck. The service department was amazing. They took right care of me. I didn’t really have to wait except for the time that it took them to do the reprogramming and they were very friendly and very courteous. I’m glad I made the switch to come to Botnick for my service.

Service was Oil change, tire rotation and NYS Inspection. Handed the keys to service writer at 7:50am and was headed home a little after 9am. Even got to use my GM points to pay for everything. Awesome!

Matt in service was very polite and helpful, looked into what issues I was having to see if covered under warranty. Parts were ordered, took car in and repairs were done in less than an hour as we were told. Always have great service when I'm there.

I only went in to have the annual inspection. Appointment went well. They reminded me to have my transmission lines checked when I have my next service appointment.

I noticed that I had a "low" tire and drove to Botnick's without an appointment. They took me in right away and had me wait there. Fortunately, the problem was due to corrosion around the tire rim and was fixed quickly.

They were great as usual.

It's hard to believe that a$65000 truck would not start with 25000 miles on it I had to charge the battery to get it to the dealer. The computer has had to be reprogram two other times besides this time.the breaks are about worn out very disappointed in it the service department has been good but for quality of the truck very disappointed I've always been a Chevy owner but considering changing that when my lease is up

The guys that work in service are great. They have always helped me with ANY problems. ( Chris,Nick, Matt and Brian.) If there is a problem, they will go out of their way to help. I would recommend them to anybody and I have.

Excellent service Called with a problem at 8am with check engine light on was in the service department at 10am and out the door at 10:50 with the problem taken care of. highly recommend.

They got me in quickly and I had a Crew putting a new roof on so the service advisor had originally told me it was probably going to be sometime around an hour and they got me out in less than a half hour I was very appreciative and it was very professional service
