I have had a recurring Check Engine Light problem that cost me $650 at Avery Auto, and it still hasn't been solved. Brian Smith and your mechanics finally solved my problem; it was expensive ($2211), but they did. Nice work, guys!

It's hard to believe that a$65000 truck would not start with 25000 miles on it I had to charge the battery to get it to the dealer. The computer has had to be reprogram two other times besides this time.the breaks are about worn out very disappointed in it the service department has been good but for quality of the truck very disappointed I've always been a Chevy owner but considering changing that when my lease is up

The guys that work in service are great. They have always helped me with ANY problems. ( Chris,Nick, Matt and Brian.) If there is a problem, they will go out of their way to help. I would recommend them to anybody and I have.

Service was Oil change, tire rotation and NYS Inspection. Handed the keys to service writer at 7:50am and was headed home a little after 9am. Even got to use my GM points to pay for everything. Awesome!

The guys at Botnicks are great guys.(Nick and Chris )They always have my back when I need help. I needed bearings on both sides of my truck. They fixed them way faster than I thought. Nick and Chris aren’t just employees of them. They are are always looking out for me. I am sick a lot and they ALWAYS ask me how I am doing. That’s why I go to them. There are just great employees ,they are carrying. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and I have.

It was easy to make an appointment for the time I needed. I had a. Oil change and tire rotation and waited. All was done in about an hour - maybe less. I’ve waited longer for a state inspection elsewhere. So this was perfect! The waiting room is modest but comfortable and clean. What more could I ask?
