Called Botnicks because I was losing air in my driver side rear tire. Scheduled me for the next morning to bring my Traverse in. They found a small nail in my tire and patched it and redid the seal. Great job.

I like you guys, but not this car

Your whole staff is very professional and courteous. I came down with my truck in February and they gave me great advise on how to fix the codes and we so kind about it. You now have a customer for life! Thank you for still have great customer service and engagement

Great as Always. They even filled out rebate forms for me for parts purchased (and installed) at my service visit that I did not know had rebates!

Dropped car off for inspection. Had it ready as promised. Been going to Botnicks for years and always seam to treat me fair. Will continue to bring them my auto needs.

I came in for a simple oil change & tire rotation. The technician failed to properly tighten the bolts, resulting in my front driver wheel to get damaged. The service advisor, Brian, did give me a loaner for the weekend. However, I am very unhappy with the service I received.

Fast

My 2014 Chevy Cruze had hesitation during low-speed acceleration along with a recurring CHECK ENGINE light. Nick in the Service Department pursued all avenues and got it fixed. It still needs work, and he gave me an accurate estimate of additional work that I can do in the future. I brought this car back to Botnick because another repair shop near me charged me over $600 and never found the problem. I will never take it back to them again.

Took vehicle in for scheduled transmission service which was completed in a little more than hour.

Always have a good experience when I go in for service on my Silverado.

Chris, Brian and Nick always go the extra step to help us out.

My appointment was for a check engine light and an upgrade that needed to be done to the programming for my glow plugs on my truck. The service department was amazing. They took right care of me. I didn’t really have to wait except for the time that it took them to do the reprogramming and they were very friendly and very courteous. I’m glad I made the switch to come to Botnick for my service.

Excellent service Called with a problem at 8am with check engine light on was in the service department at 10am and out the door at 10:50 with the problem taken care of. highly recommend.

I have had a recurring Check Engine Light problem that cost me $650 at Avery Auto, and it still hasn't been solved. Brian Smith and your mechanics finally solved my problem; it was expensive ($2211), but they did. Nice work, guys!
